Welcome to the Service Oklahoma Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) Application

By law you are only allowed to obtain your own MVR (driving record for the past three years) per state statute 47 OS, Section 6-117 D, see Statute 47 OS, Section 6-117 E & F for clarification on the exceptions to obtaining a driving record that is not your own.

The fee for an MVR is $25.00, the fee is waived for anyone 65 and older when requesting an MVR for him or herself per state statute 47 OS, Section 6-117 D. If the person is requesting a certified copy, then there will be a $3.00 certified copy fee per state statute 47 OS, Section 2-110.   There is a $2.50 transaction fee.

During this process, you will be able to print a PDF and when you provide an email address a link will be sent so that you can download this MVR again (link expires in 30 days from payment transaction date).
