Who can Renew/Apply online?
Any current registrant or new applicant can renew/apply online if you have a current license with the Oklahoma licensing board of your profession or business activity, your registration has not been expired for more than 6 months or your within 90 days of your registration expiration date, or if you have not had any convictions or pled guilty or no contest to any CDS related crimes or felonies of any kind, been addicted to alcohol or any other intoxicating substance or have not had any disciplinary actions taken against you by any other licensing agency since you last registered or renewed with OBNDD.
How can I change my address
You may login to your OBNDD Registration account and update your business address anytime. If you have a Fee Exempt Registration then you can't change the address online. If you have changed from fee exempt government practice to private practice then you must apply for a new registration. If your fee exempting agency address has changed then please go to our home page at www.ok.gov/obndd and click the OBN REGISTRATION FORMS link on the left and print out our change request form to fill out and send in.
How can I change my name
You can't change your name online. If you have had a name change then please visit our homepage at www.ok.gov/obndd and click the OBN Registration Forms link on the left to print off our change request form. You will need to send that completed form in along with a copy of your name changing document.
How can I get a copy of my Certificate
Your OBNDD Certificate of Registration is always available to you through your online registration account. Please login to your registration account in order to view/print/download your current OBNDD Certificate of Registration.
I'm trying to add my OBNDD registration number and get an error message saying it does not exist, what am I doing wrong?
If you get an error message when trying to add your OBNDD registration number to your account, then please call the OBNDD Registration office at 405-521-2885 so that we can check your record to see if we have your SSN, D.E.A. number or EIN listed incorrectly in our records. If we do, we can correct it and then you should be able to add your OBNDD registration number to your account.
How long is the registration issued for and what is the stautory registration fee?
3yrs, $420.00 statutory fee: MD, DO, DDS, DMD, DVM, DPM, OD, PA, APN, CRNA, Animal Euthanasia Technicians, Retail Pharmacy, a Hospital, or an Institutional Pharmacy.
1yr, $140.00 statutory fee: Dog Handlers, Hospice and Home Health Care Providers, Scientific Researchers, Clinical Detoxification , Clinical Maintenance, Analytical Laboratory for Scientific Analysis, and Teaching Institutions.
1yr, $300.00 statutory fee: CDS Distributors, Distributors and Manufacturers of Non-Scheduled Pseudoephedrine doing business in Oklahoma and Distributors and Manufacturers of Schedule V Pseudoephedrine doing business in Oklahoma.

I forgot my password. What do I do?
You may reset your password at any time online. On the License Renewal login page, there is a link to Forgot Password. Click on this link and you will be prompted to enter your email address. An email will be sent that provides a link to answer your security questions and reset your password.
Is my information secure when renewing my license online?
Citizens are not asked to routinely provide personal information to visit Oklahoma web sites or to download information. Government agencies may request personally identifiable information from you in order to provide requested specialized services, but such information is handled as it would be on an in-person visit to a government office. Access to personally identifiable information in public records at state and local levels of government in Oklahoma is controlled by Oklahoma law. Information that is generally available under Oklahoma law may be posted for electronic access through OK.gov.
The IP (Internet Protocol) numbers of computers (servers) used to visit OK.gov sites are noted as part of our statistical analysis on use of our web sites so we may better design services and improve access to them. However, the site does not attempt to gain personally identifiable information on individual users and associate them with IP addresses.
