information must be completed in order to complete your request.

Research fees are $25 for Oklahoma residents and $35 for out of state residents. This charge
includes up to 10 printouts/copies and postage. Research fees are nonrefundable.

We do NOT have official birth & death certificates; please contact the Oklahoma State
Dept. of Health for these records. Official marriage certificates can be found in the county
where the marriage took place.
