July 29, 1950 image, all decked out in full Indian dress, twins Melvin (left) and Alvin Deer are "beating the drum" for the American Indian Exposition, August 15-19 at Anadarko with their dance in the lobby of the Oklahoma Club at Grand and Robinson. The twins are the sons of George Dee and Mrs. Fern Cochran of Anadarko.  They appeared here with a delegation of 15 Oklahoma Indians publicizing the exposition.
