Winning bidder will have total responsibility for all removal, loading and hauling of all included items. Winning bidder must furnish State Surplus and GRDA proof of a minimum $1,000,000 insurance policy for liability and performance that will cover all aspects of removal, time deadlines and any and all liability for damages and injuries.
