I can't remember my PIN to login, what do I do?
If you have changed the original PIN we issued and cannot remember your Password or would like to change it, please select the "Forgot your PIN/Password?" link on the login screen. From there you will enter your license number and select your license type. Then follow the steps by completing the security question. If this is the first time you are accessing the system and don’t know the PIN, check the information on the renewal notice mailed to you. Or go to the contact information page for additional help. Why should I complete and update other practice and personal information? The information will be available on the Board of Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors Web site within 24 hours. The general public and other professionals will be able to access your most current information to look for a counselor or make a referral. The information will be of benefit to credentialing staff, your employer, your clients, potential clients and other referral sources. How often can I change my personal and practice information? This information can be changed anytime. The change will be posted on Board of Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors Web site within 24 hrs. |
