Welcome, Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors is pleased to offer this Online service to you that will enable you to update your personal and practice data at any time or apply for your annual renewal forty-five (45) days prior to your expiration date. Your information will be updated on the Web site within 24 hours.
Three steps to renew your license Online:

LOGIN:
Enter your license number, license type and PIN/Password on the next screen to access the system. The main menu will list your addresses and other practice information you can update anytime. If you are eligible to renew at this time, a link will appear on top of the page that says, 'click here to renew'. Click on the link to: |

ANSWER QUESTIONS:
Access the mandatory questions page.
Answer all questions and click on 'Continue' to see a confirmation of all your answers.
If the answers are correct click on 'Continue' at the bottom to access the payment screen.
If you need to change any answers, click on 'Back' to go back to Step 2. |

MAKE PAYMENT:
Select a Payment Type and click 'Next'. If you select, Credit Card or Electronic Fund Transfer, enter all required fields and hit submit. The system will process the information and produce a receipt that you can print for your record until you receive a wallet card in the mail. If you select the 'Mailed Check' option, click next and the system will produce a printable renewal form. Scroll down to the bottom of the form to locate the 'Print' button, print the form and mail it to the Board with a check. |
