If you have not logged in to the OSBVME License Renewal application before, please use the First Time Login button. If you have already set up your login account, please login using the Login and Password boxes to the left.

After submission of this renewal, please allow 3 business days for approval. You will then receive notification by email giving you access to print your certificate, if applicable. Your wallet card will be mailed from the Board office.

There are some cases where individuals are not eligible to use the online license renewal process. Do not proceed online if you have failed to complete continuing education hours or your license is suspended or revoked.
