Guthrie Birds-Eye View, 1891

Guthrie Birds-Eye View, 1891: 24'' X 24'' Print

$10.00

From the Oklahoma Historical Society's Fred S. Barde Collection, this map not only depicts Guthrie shortly after its inception, but displays several of its prominent homes and businesses. Some of these buildings were never constructed. There are several interesting residences, including the homes of such notables as E. P. McCabe, Henry Asp, Dennis Flynn, and Bishop Theophile Meerschaert. Drawn by T. M. Fowler, there appears to be several versions with a varying number of vignettes.(Image #Ctp.Guthrie.0001)
